Experiences from this trip

A nice morning poking around the Alice Springs Sewage Ponds turned up some great birds. The west end of Pond EP10 was the most productive today: a dozen orange chats, a trio of gull-billed terns, several Australian Crake and Buff-banded Rail were all good but for me the highlight was a shy nervous Spotless Crake.
