Giant Karri trees, endemic Quokkas, beautiful nectar-eating birds and bountiful flora make the south west one of the world’s top biodiversity hotspots and a mecca for nature-lovers.

Start your trip off at renowned wildlife sanctuary Barna Mia. You’ll glimpse how wild mammals roamed Australia 200 years ago. Enroute to Albany stay a night in the breathtaking Stirling Ranges which rise from the mallee desert before you continue to the rugged coastline around Albany. For the final part of your journey, you're joined by local naturalist and personality Gary Muir for an entertaining tour of the monumental Karri forests, an opportunity to see wild Quokkas and a nature cruise up the Walpole River. As if this wasn't all ‘big’ enough, on your last day you’ll scale huge inland sand dunes and even climb the massive Bicentennial Tree.
