South Bruny Island

Bruny Island is a key area for Tasmanian birds. As well as being a key breeding area for Swift Parrots, all endemics can be found quite easily in 24 hours.

Getting There

Catch the ferry accross from Kettering and drive south (the north island is not as good for birding, containing quite a bit of farmland.
